Ingredients

For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:
1 package (3 ounces) flavored gelatin (such as strawberry, raspberry, or lemon)
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup whipped topping (or whipped cream)

For Topping (Optional):
Extra whipped topping
Fresh fruit (berries or sliced fruit)
Sprinkles or Easter candies

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Refrigerate the crust for at least 30 minutes to set.
  4. In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  5. Add the cold water and stir well. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, but do not let it fully set.
  6. Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fully incorporated.
  7. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
  9. Before serving, garnish with extra whipped topping, fresh fruit, or festive sprinkles if desired.
