  • 9 cups Rice or Corn Chex cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Spécial occasion   M&Ms
  • 1 cup mini pretzel knots
  • 2 tbsp heart-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Place the Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together the white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and unsalted butter in short intervals (30 seconds), stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the coated cereal into a zip-top bag with powdered sugar. Seal and shake until fully coated.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and top with M&Ms, pretzels, sprinkles, and optional freeze-dried strawberries. Allow to set for 20 minutes.
  6. Break apart any clumps before transferring into an airtight container or gift bags.
