  • 750ml white apple vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar (to taste)
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 2 ripe peaches (sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice peaches into thin wedges and cut strawberries into quarters or halves. Thinly slice the lemon, removing seeds.
  2. In a large glass pitcher, combine the chilled white apple vinegar and honey or agave nectar. Stir gently until dissolved.
  3. Add all prepared fruit to the pitcher, ensuring it's submerged in the liquid. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (ideally 4–6 hours).
  4. Just before serving, add sparkling water and gently stir.
  5. Serve over ice-filled glasses with fruit pieces included.
