  • 1 1/3 cup dairy-free yogurt (or cashew cream)
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar (or powdered Erythritol)
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup strawberry compote (or 1/4 cup of jam)

Instructions

  1. If making homemade strawberry compote, prepare it in advance and let it cool. Rinse, hull, and slice the strawberries.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine dairy-free yogurt with icing sugar or Erythritol until well mixed.
  3. In glasses or jars, layer the ingredients starting with granola, followed by sliced strawberries, yogurt mixture, and strawberry compote.
  4. Repeat layering to achieve beautiful strata in each glass and top with halved strawberries.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for about 30 minutes to enhance flavor integration.
