  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1½ tablespoons prepared yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs: Place in cold water, bring to a boil, cover, remove from heat and let sit for 12-14 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove yolks into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add mayo, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper to yolks; mash until smooth.
  4. Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or pastry bag.
  5. Garnish with paprika before serving on a platter.
