  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 8 ounces shredded Italian blend cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 medium red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sliced roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup quartered artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup halved Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • Handful fresh basil leaves (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) with the rack on the bottom shelf.
  2. Lightly brush your pizza pan with olive oil and spread the pizza dough evenly.
  3. Spread pesto over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Sprinkle three-quarters of the Italian blend cheese over the pesto.
  5. Layer sliced onions, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, and sun-dried tomatoes on top.
  6. Add remaining cheese and crumbled feta.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and toppings are hot.
