  • 3 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken chunks and zucchini slices. Add olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
