  • 2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 8-ounce containers whipped topping
  • 1 package mint OREO cookies
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • Green food coloring

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together instant chocolate pudding and milk until set.
  2. In another bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Fold one tub of whipped topping and green food coloring into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Crush mint OREOs in a zipper bag using a rolling pin until fine.
  5. Combine half of the crushed OREOs with melted butter; press into a 9×11 baking dish for the crust.
  6. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
  7. Pour chocolate pudding atop the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  8. Mix green food coloring into the remaining whipped topping and spread over the pudding layer.
  9. Sprinkle remaining crushed OREOs on top for garnish.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
