  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 large fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag, pour marinade over it, seal the bag tightly, and shake gently to coat evenly. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (overnight is preferable).
