Ingredients

  • Watermelon
  • Cantaloupe
  • Pineapple
  • Mango
  • Green grapes
  • Red grapes
  • Strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • Red raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • Lime juice (or frozen concentrate limeade – thawed)
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Clean all fruits thoroughly under running water.
  2. Cut watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, mango, kiwi, strawberries, and other fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine all cut fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey until well combined.
  5. Drizzle the honey mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat without bruising.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
