  • 12 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 small carrot (for decoration)
  • 6 black olives (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice off a thin layer from the base of each egg to create a flat surface.
  2. Cut off the top third of each egg and gently pop out the yolk into a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks and mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pipe the filling back into each egg base and replace the tops gently.
  5. Decorate with olive circles for eyes and carrot wedges for beaks.
