  • 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed and chopped)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh herbs (chopped, such as parsley or chives)
  • Minced garlic
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan until smooth. Stir in artichokes, spinach, onion, garlic, herbs, and salt.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough on a floured surface and pinch seams together. Cut into triangles.
  4. Place a tablespoon of filling on the wide end of each triangle. Fold over sides to form bunny ears.
  5. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
