  • 2 pounds salmon, cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan (or flour)
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 23 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/23 teaspoons cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 3/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F. Grease a sheet pan with olive oil.
  2. Place salmon strips on the pan and season with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and parmesan (or flour). Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
  4. While baking, prepare the hot honey sauce by warming honey, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder in a saucepan over low heat.
  5. Once cooked, drizzle the warm sauce over the salmon or serve on the side.
