  • 2 lbs organic chicken breasts
  • 1 (16 oz) package potato gnocchi
  • 5 cups organic chicken stock
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 1 ½ cups organic heavy cream
  • 2 cups organic kale (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsps Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsps unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 2 tsps On Everything All-Purpose Blend
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 4 Tbsps organic all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt butter and sauté minced garlic with thyme until fragrant.
  3. Stir in flour, add chicken stock gradually while stirring to avoid lumps. Return chicken to the pot along with lemon juice and zest; bring to a simmer.
  4. Add gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float.
  5. Mix in cream and chopped kale; simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
