  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes

  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ medium onion (diced)
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ¼ all purpose flour
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 ½ cups milk

Instructions
