  • 23 granny smith apples, cored and sliced
  • 23 gala apples, cored and sliced
  • 4 oz. white chocolate
  • 4 Tbsp. salted butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 health bar, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels

Instructions

  1. Prepare your toppings by crushing pretzels and chopping the health bar into small pieces. Set aside in small bowls.
  2. Slice the apples and soak them in lemon juice mixed with water to prevent browning.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk until bubbly. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla.
  4. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  5. Drain apples, pat dry, and arrange on a large serving plate.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce and melted white chocolate over the apples. Top with crushed pretzels and health bar pieces.
