  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 12 gingersnap cookies (broken into pieces)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine sugar, butter, cream, salt, and spices. Stir continuously until the mixture reaches a rolling boil; boil for about 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and quickly pour the hot mixture into a mixing bowl containing the white chocolate chips and apple pie filling. Mix on medium speed until smooth (about 2 minutes).
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Top with broken gingersnap cookies.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set. Once firm, lift out using parchment paper and cut into bite-sized pieces.
