  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • 2 Tbsp rice apple vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 46 tortillas

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peanut sauce by whisking together peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar or honey, rice apple vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sriracha in a bowl. Add water to reach desired consistency if needed.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, coleslaw mix, cilantro, and drizzle with the peanut sauce. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Heat tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften.
  4. Divide the filling among the tortillas, wrap tightly, and serve immediately.
