  • 12 king’s Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound ground beef breakfast sausage
  • 16 slices American cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 slices cooked and chopped turkey bacon
  • 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 12 tablespoons sriracha
  • Salt and pepper, as desired
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Finely chopped chives, if desired, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef sausage until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
  3. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs seasoned with salt and pepper.
  4. Without separating the rolls, slice them horizontally and place the bottoms on the sheet pan.
  5. Layer 8 slices of cheese, followed by sausage, turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, and remaining cheese on top.
  6. Place the tops of the rolls over the fillings, brush with melted butter, sprinkle seasoning, cover with foil, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
