  • 1 lb daikon radish (chopped into chunks)

Instructions

  1. Blanch the beef ribs by placing them in a large pot covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat for 3-4 minutes to remove impurities. Drain and set aside.
  2. Reintroduce the blanched beef ribs into the pot, adding daikon, ginger, garlic, and enough water to fully submerge the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer.
  3. Cover and let simmer for 45 minutes to an hour until the beef is tender.
  4. Season with salt and white pepper, adjusting according to taste preferences.
