  • 1/2 package phyllo dough
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté chopped spinach in olive oil until wilted; let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, sautéed spinach, and artichokes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer phyllo dough sheets brushed with olive oil and cut into squares; press into a muffin tin.
  5. Fill each phyllo cup with the prepared mixture.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Cool slightly before serving warm.
