  • 1 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • 4 Brioche Buns (or your favorite burger buns)
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Diced Onions (white or yellow)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix gently.
  2. Form into 8 equal balls and optionally chill for 30 minutes.
  3. For the sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
