  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups vegan marshmallow crème
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts
  • 14 oz caramel cubes
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the first layer by melting milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter together until smooth. Spread into a greased 9×13 inch pan and chill.
  2. For the second layer, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and evaporated milk; bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow crème, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and chopped peanuts until smooth. Pour over the first layer and chill.
  3. Melt caramel cubes with heavy cream in a clean saucepan over low heat until smooth. Pour over the second layer and chill until firm.
  4. Repeat the first layer by melting chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter again; spread over the chilled caramel layer. Chill until completely set.
  5. Slice into squares and enjoy!
