  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅛ tsp baking soda
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
  • 2 tbsp crushed pistachios (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Freeze 1½ tablespoons of pistachio cream on a plate while preparing the dough.
  3. Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat until browned. Let cool in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix cooled butter with sugars, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Add chocolate chips and crushed pistachios.
