  • 2 8 oz. bricks cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1 oz.) pkg Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons finely grated sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and diced, divided
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions, divided
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans
  • Crackers, celery, carrots, etc. for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend room temperature cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add ranch seasoning and garlic powder; mix well.
  3. Incorporate Pepper Jack and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until combined.
  4. Fold in half of the diced turkey bacon and green onions.
  5. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or spatula.
  6. Roll the ball in a mixture of remaining cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, green onions, and chopped pecans until evenly coated.
  7. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
