  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: Combine chicken thighs with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl. Let it marinate while preparing the other ingredients.
