  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (plus more for drizzle)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin purée, softened cream cheese, maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture on each wide end.
  4. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip and seal edges gently.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle with maple syrup or dust with powdered sugar before serving.
