  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups chopped Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Pieces candy
  • 1 & 3/4 cups coarsely chopped pretzels
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl or stand mixer, beat together the butter until smooth. Add granulated and brown sugar; mix until fluffy. Incorporate peanut butter.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually blend in flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda until just combined.
  5. Carefully fold in all prepared mix-ins: Reese’s cups, Reese’s Pieces, pretzels, peanut butter chips, and dark chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are light golden but centers remain shiny.
  8. Cool on wire racks before serving.
