  • 12 pepperoncini peppers + 1/4 cup juice from the jar
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cut into pieces)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. Pour pepperoncini juice over the chicken and scatter the peppers around them.
  3. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly on top.
  4. Add pieces of butter on top of the mixture.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours until the chicken is tender.
  6. Shred the chicken using two forks directly in the slow cooker, mixing it with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot over rice, in tacos, or as desired.
