  • 46 olives (Kalamata + green)
  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until golden brown. In a bowl, mash the avocado with salt and spread it on the toast. Layer with tomato slices, drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle with cracked pepper.
