  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 slices cooked turkey
  • 48 slices Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking.
  2. Pound chicken breasts between plastic wrap until about ½ inch thick.
  3. Set up three shallow dishes: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and another with panko breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
