  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 large bell peppers, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté diced onions and bell peppers for about 5-6 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 7-8 minutes).
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce to enhance flavors.
  5. Reduce heat to low and mix in softened cream cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Layer provolone cheese on top followed by shredded mozzarella.
