  • 1 loaf of soft white bread (brioche or milk bread)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, minced garlic, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Carefully slice the loaf of bread into sections without cutting all the way through.
  4. Generously fill each slit with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Mix melted butter with additional minced garlic and brush over the top of the filled bread.
  6. Bake on a baking sheet for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
