  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp celery seeds
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp black pepper (dash of hot sauce)

Instructions
