  • 2 ounces chilled alcohol-free coconut vanilla extract
  • 2 ounces chilled pineapple-flavored sparkling water
  • 1 ounce chilled Blue Curaçao
  • Shredded coconut (for rim garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glass rim by dipping it in sugar syrup or corn syrup, then rolling it in shredded coconut until well-coated.
