1 ounce chilled Blue Curaçao

Instructions
Prepare the glass rim by dipping it in sugar syrup or corn syrup, then rolling it in shredded coconut until well-coated.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the sparkling apple vinegar, coconut vanilla extract, pineapple sparkling water, and Blue Curaçao. Shake gently without losing carbonation.
Pour the mixture into the prepared glass and garnish with additional shredded coconut if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
