  • 1 T. cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. fresh lemon juice (approximately 5 lemons)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 T. unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon rind

  5. Transfer to a bowl and cool at room temperature before covering and refrigerating for at least 6 hours or overnight.
