  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 cup asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced or halved
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Season the fish fillets with ½ tbsp olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the asparagus with a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper for about 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. While the fish cooks, slice the avocado and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  4. On a serving plate, arrange the grilled fish alongside asparagus, avocado slices, and cherry tomatoes. Add extra herbs if desired before serving.
