  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 cup chopped milk chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chilled unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chopped white cooking chocolate

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted dark chocolate in a mixing bowl. Mix in unsalted butter until well-blended, then press into the bottom of a tart pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark and milk chocolates with heavy cream in short bursts until smooth. Allow cooling slightly before stirring in chilled butter.
