Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the Red Velvet Cake mix instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, eggs, and cake mix. Beat until smooth; it will thicken after about five minutes.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill them with batter. Adjust baking time as needed.
  4. Bake until done and transfer the cupcakes to cool on a rack.
  5. For the topping, mix cream powder with milk until it resembles buttercream, then place it in a piping bag.
  6. Shape eyeballs from white fondant and add colored fondant for details.
  7. Once cupcakes are cool, carve out spots for the eyeballs, use piping gel as 'blood,' and place the crafted eyeballs into position.
