  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño (optional), finely chopped
  • Juice of lime (for salsa)
  • Salt to taste (for salsa)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. Coat the chicken thoroughly and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
