  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Prepare your green tea in advance and allow it to cool.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine cooled green tea, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, and grated ginger. Stir until mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, dissolve the vegan gelatin or agar-agar in hot water. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Slowly pour the gelling mixture into the saucepan while stirring continuously.
  5. Remove from heat and carefully pour into silicone molds.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set before removing from molds.
