- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 16 ounces whole mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
