  • 16 ounces whole mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
