  • 2 pounds russet potatoes
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix garlic, parsley, and thyme in a bowl; rub onto chicken.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet; cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
