  • 1 loaf Italian or French bread
  • 46 slices deli chicken or turkey
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the bread horizontally without cutting all the way through to create a pocket for stuffing.
  3. Layer the deli meats, cheeses, and sliced vegetables evenly inside the bread.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  5. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the stuffed bread. Wrap it in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Slice while warm and serve immediately.
