  • 1 box fudge vegan marshmallow cookies (also known as pinwheels)
  • 15 wafer rolls
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Blanch the almonds by boiling them in water for one minute, then drain and rinse under cold water. Pat dry and slip off the skins.
  2. Insert wafer rolls, chocolate side down, into the holes of the cookies.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar with water gradually until you reach a smooth, thick glaze.
  4. Apply glaze around the base of each wafer roll to secure them, adding more on top to create a dripping effect.
  5. Place blanched almonds on top with the pointy side facing upward.
  6. Store your edible candles in a cool place or refrigerate until serving.
