  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 42.6 g butter
  • 32 g sugar
  • 8090 g cranberries
  • 8090 g raisins
  • 6070 g currants
  • Optional: 80-90 g dry whole cherries

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and measure them accurately.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, melted butter, sugar, and yeast; mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients while stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Gently fold in cranberries, raisins, currants, and cherries until evenly distributed.
  6. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  7. Place the kneaded dough in an oiled bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about two hours or until doubled in size.
