  • 400g powdered sugar, sifted, plus extra for sprinkling
  • 1 tablespoon condensed milk
  • 12 teaspoons peppermint extract, to taste
  • 100g dark chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, condensed milk, and peppermint extract. Mix until you form a thick paste.
  2. Dust your hands with powdered sugar and shape the mixture into small balls or flatten them into discs. Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill the shaped creams in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chunks in the microwave or using a double boiler until smooth.
  5. Dip each cream into the melted chocolate, ensuring complete coverage. Place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with extra powdered sugar while still wet and allow them to set at room temperature or refrigerate.
