  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups whole milk (or almond milk)
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: Fresh berries and powdered sugar for serving

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants into bite-sized pieces and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
