  • 2 pounds steak (sirloin or chuck), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 6 medium potatoes, diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices cooked turkey bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crockpot by spraying the inside with nonstick spray.
  2. Add diced potatoes and steak pieces to the crockpot.
  3. Mix in diced onion, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; toss to combine.
  4. Pour beef broth over the mixture and stir gently.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until steak is tender.
  6. About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top and cover until melted.
  7. Garnish with crumbled turkey bacon and green onions before serving.
