  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix

  4. In another bowl, combine beef broth and French onion soup mix; pour over meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. About 15 minutes before serving, top meatballs with mozzarella cheese and cover until melted.
